Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing our services. We offer daily catering and event management for weddings, receptions, and special occasions. Please read the terms and conditions before booking.

Scope of Services

We provide daily catering for offices and corporate needs, and event catering & management for weddings, receptions, and other special occasions with complete food and event planning.

Booking & Confirmation

For any event catering and management services, a minimum advance payment of ₹1,00,000 is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid either before or on the day of the event. Daily catering services are accepted on a weekly or monthly basis and require advance payment as per the mutually agreed plan.

Guest Count & Updates

For weddings and other event services, the final number of guests must be confirmed at least 10 days in advance. Any changes made after this period may not be accommodated and could result in additional charges.

Transportation Charges

Transportation for services within Kanchipuram and Chennai is included in the standard charges. For services outside these areas, additional transportation charges will be applicable based on the location and distance.

Food Quality & Hygiene

We maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety across all our services. Any complaints related to food quality should be reported immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

Liability

We are not liable for any delays or service interruptions caused due to natural calamities, road traffic, venue issues, or third-party failures that are beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate details regarding the event location, guest count, menu preferences, and other requirements. For events, the venue should be ready for catering setup and service at the scheduled time.
